Team Tillman is the Pat Tillman Foundation’s fundraising program for amateur endurance athletes who identify with the values exhibited by former NFL star and Army Ranger, Pat Tillman, and believe in the Foundation's mission: to carry forward Pat’s legacy of leadership and civic action by supporting future generations of leaders who embody the American tradition of citizen service. Team Tillman athletes participate either as a team or individually in marathons, half marathons, triathlons, cycling or other endurance events to raise money and awareness for the Foundation. In return for raising a preset minimum amount in support of the Foundation’s Leadership Through Action™ initiatives, team members receive exclusive Under Armour® team gear and invitations to private team events.
